She has extensive experience in patent prosecution in technology areas of semiconductor chip process, silicon photonics, OLED display, lasers, batteries, and microelectronics packaging, etc. Dr. Shu has over a decade of experience in successfully applying for patents for US and Chinese clients including multi-nationals and startups. She has accumulated years of experience in patent invalidity and non-infringement analysis for defending freedom of manufacturing as a patent manager of a large semiconductor chip maker.
